In the decade since the last assembly polls in Jammu and Kashmir, the region’s political landscape has undergone a major shift – marked by the abrogation of Article 370, the bifurcation of Ladakh and J&K, extensive lockdown, the house arrest of its heavyweight leaders, and the emergence of a new brand of leadership.
