Digital workshop: How to do a fact-check
Logically is a platform that uses artificial intelligence and other technological tools combined with a fact-checking team to counter misinformation and disinformation online. It’s partnering with Newslaundry for this workshop designed for journalists, journalism students, researchers, and academics to equip them with some advanced fact-checking skills, and to demonstrate how Logically’s algorithm and platform work.
The workshop will broadly cover:
What is fake news and how do we spot it?
What are the global trends in misinformation and disinformation?
Practicalities of fact-checking.
Introduction to and demonstration of Logically’s algorithm and platform.
