‘KCR looted public, Owaisi polarising votes for Modi’: Congress’s Revanth Reddy
After failing twice, the Congress is fighting tooth and nail to dethrone BRS supremo and chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao in the November 30 Telangana assembly elections.
Telangana Congress president Revanth Reddy is “confident” that the grand old party will defeat the BRS. In a conversation with TNM’s Yunus Lasania, Reddy accused KCR’s family of “looting the public”. He reiterated his accusations that the state government’s Kaleswaram lift irrigation project was riddled with corruption. “Owaisi is polarising votes to benefit Modi,” he alleged.
The Congress leader spoke about the Congress’s six guarantees, anti-incumbency in the state, and KCR and Owaisi’s politics.
